Firearm Return PolicyFederal law requires strict handling of firearm transactions. For this reason:

• All firearm sales are final once the background check is approved and the firearm is transferred.
• Firearms cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after transfer for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or performance concerns.
• If a firearm is defective, the issue must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Ammunition Returns Due to safety and regulatory requirements:

• Ammunition sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for ammunition, whether opened or unopened.

Accessories, Gear & Non‑Firearm Products We accept returns on eligible non‑firearm items under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

• Items showing wear, damage, or missing components may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Non‑returnable items include:

Online Order ReturnsFor eligible non‑firearm items purchased online:

• Firearm orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
