Firearm Purchase Requirements All firearm sales are subject to:

  • Federal law (including ATF regulations)
  • Texas state law
  • Completion of ATF Form 4473
  • Passing a NICS background check

We reserve the right to refuse any firearm sale if required by law or if we believe the transaction is unsafe or unlawful.

Firearms cannot be shipped directly to customers. All online firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for pickup.

Ammunition & Accessory Purchases Ammunition purchases require proof of age and compliance with all applicable laws. Accessories may have age or legal restrictions depending on type.

Pricing & AvailabilityPrices and inventory are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing or inventory error is discovered:

  • We may cancel the order
  • We will notify you and offer the correct price or an alternative

We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

Payment Terms We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. By submitting payment, you confirm that:

Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the receiving FFL accepts transfers
  • Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer

Non‑Firearm Items

Non‑firearm items may be shipped directly to your address. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Cancellations Firearms

All firearm sales are final once the background check is approved. Firearms cannot be returned due to federal regulations.

Non‑Firearm Items

Returns may be accepted within a specified period if items are unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a restocking fee.
