This Shipping Policy explains how Texas 2A Mantique Gunstore (“Texas 2A Mantique,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles the shipment of firearms, ammunition, and other products purchased online or in‑store for delivery.

1. Firearm Shipping Requirements

Federal law requires all firearms purchased online to be shipped only to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer.

By purchasing a firearm from us, you agree to the following:

  • You must provide accurate FFL dealer information at checkout.
  • The receiving FFL must be willing to accept the transfer.
  • You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
  • You must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking possession.

Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home.

2. Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition shipments must comply with federal and state regulations.

  • Ammunition can only be shipped to states and locations where it is legal.
  • An adult signature may be required upon delivery.
  • We do not ship ammunition to P.O. boxes.

Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws.

3. Non‑Firearm Product Shipping

Non‑firearm items such as accessories, apparel, and gear may be shipped directly to your address.

  • Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Destination
  • Carrier rates

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

5. Order Processing Times

  • Firearms: Ship after FFL verification (1–3 business days).
  • Ammunition: Ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Accessories & Gear: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (for firearms or ammunition)
  • Locations where the item is prohibited by law
  • International addresses

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates federal, state, or local regulations.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped:

  • Responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days with photos and details so we can assist.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Firearm orders cannot be rerouted once shipped to an FFL.

Please double‑check your shipping information before submitting your order.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Firearm orders canceled before shipment may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Once a firearm ships to an FFL, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Non‑firearm orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty.

After shipment, the order must follow our return policy.
